The school will team with Bisk Education to offer students courses that detail the core fundamentals of business finance. Enrollees will be allowed to take specialization courses in portfolio management, stock analysis, valuation, capital budgeting and international finance to help set them apart from other MBA graduates. “Florida Tech and University Alliance continue to break new ground in presenting impactful online MBA programs that empower today's professionals to achieve real-world success,” said Adrian Marrullier, executive vice president of Bisk’s University Alliance. The Internet-based program features streaming video lectures with downloadable mp3 and mp4 files. Furthermore, enrollees will be required to take part in live chat rooms and discussion boards to communicate with classmates and the instructor. Graduates of this degree program may be able to launch careers as financial analysts. A 2008 report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics reveals that job opportunities in this profession are projected to increase by 20 percent over the next eight years.
