Yep, it is that time again. Time for the U.S. News and World Report to release this year’s list of the best colleges and universities, based on such factors as retention and graduation rates. In a non-surprising moves, they scored Princeton and Harvard in the top two and Yale in its perennial number-three spot. But lower down in the top 10, there are quite a few ties.
